Italian, German, American? Beautiful two
There is no label inside. This violin is well constructed with full linings, upper and lower blocks. No cracks on the table, or back. I personally believe that this is possibly an Italian violin. It exhibits many Italian traits. This violin has a beautiful two piece, crack free, curly maple back, sides, neck and excellent scroll. Neck angle is good. Ebony fittings through out. Wonderful voice strong and clear.. Excellent violin through to the advanced, or professional player. The sound post is up, but they sometimes fall during shipping due to bridge removal and loose strings. Standing the sound post is an easy fix, and no reason for return. The purfling is drawn in which was also common for some Italian makers. The back was carved with locating pins which is common on many Italian violins. It just has that Italian look to me. Remember no cracks that I can detect. A few scratches as to be expected on a year old instrument. I have described this violin to the best of my ability. Returns accepted only if the description is not accurate. This is a very well constructed violin, you will not be disappointed. Shipping is free priority with insurance. This violin will be shipped without a case. It will be double boxed with bracing over the bridge area. Thanks for looking
