Two male cockatiels with or without cage

Through no fault of their own we are looking to sell our two male cockatiels. Stark (yellow) is around 4 years old and Dusty (grey) is around 1 year old. Dusty is semi-tame and will fly onto your hand or shoulder if you put it in the cage. Stark doesn't really like being handled but I'm sure with the proper time he would. Both are very vocal, their tune of choice is 'If you're happy and you know it clap your hands', they have known that forever but have been stubborn to learn anything new since. We used to have a kakariki so they make kakariki noises too and the sounds of the local birds they hear outside. They love flying around the living room and sitting on the curtain rail and looking out the window. They also like walking around the living room floor. Unfortunately our cats are quick enough to chase them now and we have had a couple of close calls, it's not fair for the birds to be kept In their cage all the time so we are making the sad decision to regime them. We are charging because we don't want them to just go to anyone! They have always been caged birds, I'm not too sure whether caged birds can be introduced to an aviary if that's what you have but I would assume the home these lovely boys go to will know much more about cockatiels than us. We will be doing home checks to make sure they go to the right living forever home. These are our bird babies and we will be sad to see them go. For the birds and the cage together the cost is £130 ono. The birds are £70 for the pair. They must go together we will not separate them. They have a love/hate relationship they bicker for dominance but they love each others company. I will only sell the cage separately if the birds are rehomed to a family who do not need the cage and I will only sell it once they have settled in. Any questions please get in contact via email! 2 beautiful male cockatiels for sale with vision cage

It is with much regret that I am selling my two male cockatiels. They are both hand-reared and super tame, I just can't offer them the time and attention they deserve due to starting an intensive new job. The eldest one answers to the name of Charlie and is almost three years old. The youngest lutino one answers to the name Pika and he is almost one years old. Both love time out of their cage everyday to fly around and stretch their wings. They also love to be stroked and sung too- sometimes joining in. They have been fed on the best cockatiel bird food all their lives (24 different varieties of seed) and have plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables each day to graze on. I want them to be rehomed together as they are very bonded. I also want them to go to someone who has experience of birds/cockatiels as I want the best home possible for them. Here for sale is my 2 beautiful cockatiels Coco is the pearl pied colour she is around 2.5 years old she will come out fly round sit near you etc but does not like human touch (I believe with time and patients she may do) dusty is the male grey white face he is around 2 years old he whistles and is a quick learner he will step onto a pole or your finger and again I think with the right time he will make a very tame bird, they are a proven breeding pair (so can breed) so I won't split them up, they will come with the large cage which isn't very old and tons of toys and accessories in it, I will also give a smaller cage with them and a breeding box, unfortunately due to personally circumstances I don't give them the time they need they need patients to bring them on, I'm in no hurry to sell them and would like them to go to a loving home and maybe someone with previous experience, welcome to come view meet them I will ask questions about the home they are going to as I do love the birds but they need more time.
