Four piece suite in excellent condition:- two armchairs, one, two cushioned sofa (would seat three adults) one large footstool. Approximate measurements:- Armchair height 900mm width mm depth mm Sofa height 930mm width mm depth 950mm Footstool height 330 width 610 length Quality make - Howard (Lincoln House) bought from Downtown. All seat and back cushion covers on sofa and armchairs are zipped for easy removal and have washing instructions. The fabric was originally treated with a fabric protection called Guardsman so has no visible stains. However I have washed the seat covers at 30 degrees as attached instructions state. The fabric has faded a little on tops of arms and backs of armchairs but hardly noticeable. Small holes under the seat swab on armchairs are from the placement of wooden slatted seat supports placed underneath seat swab. Two modular sofas and large footstool

This furniture consists of 4 pieces which can be put together in a variety of ways- two sofas consisting of 2 pieces each, one 3 piece and a chair or one large 4 piece that could fit in a corner. There is also a large footstool which can fit into the corner of the sofa to make a chaise sofa. There is some wear on one of the arms but the chair can be turned so this is at the back and not visible at all. These are large sofas and can easily be used as a sofa bed for occasional visitors!
