Black waterproof neck cover, attaches easily to rug with one trigger clip and two Velcro straps, double buckle fastening with Velcro, 600 denier warterproof, rip stop outer with 200 gsm polyfill, cotton lined with anti-rub mane panel. Good condition. Please see photos of the few blemishes there are. 2places where Velcro needs a couple of stitches. One cm hole in outer. 3 small snags but no holes in outer. This is size small, When i bought it it said for 5' 6" and 5' 9" but I would say it comes up small, more for 5' 3" to 5' 6". This was used once but was too small for my pony, and has been in storage since. It has been washed in non bio and reproofed properly using paint on reproofer, see pics for details of how the water just beads off!
