Blue Turnout rug and hood by rugs r us rug has been professionally cleaned and reproofed hood has not as only use once rug has three surcingles, removable leg straps and clip front fastening all straps are in good condition this rug is a heavy weight i think it is around 350. This is a nice rug that dose not move then on horse sadly i have no use for it. there is a small worn hole inside the front of this rug about 2" but that the only thing i could find.     i will return all excessive postage costs
