Snapdragon 670 - Fin Keel
She still needs a little work to complete her. Previously she was owned by the man who designed the yacht class for Thames Marine, marine architect David Feltham. She has excellent lines for a boat of her size. She comes with quite a lot of history and she is listed in the register of Snapdragons. Which I have a photocopy of (albeit they spelt Aphros incorrectly) She has tonnes of space inside for 22 footer, she would be ideal for single-handed sailing or a couple, she could also handle a family. She comes with, a full set of sails including spinnaker, original cushions, amazingly solid boat supports, bilge pump, 2 brand new leisure batteries, Jabsco toilet, boat hood and cover, mainsail cover, spinnaker pole, electric polisher, anchor chain, main anchor + secondary anchor, bilge pump, two 4.5 KG calor gas canisters and a boat hook. No inboard, previously removed. New owner will need to attach outboard bracket to transom. (Brand new Plastmo bracket will be included in the sale.) Currently on hard-standing in Gravesend at Embankment Marina. I have spoken to the owner of the marina and he confirmed he is happy for her to stay where she is, providing the new owner continues to pay monthly fees which come in just under £135 per month. In terms of moving her, when I moved her about two years ago a crane was was around a £100. I originally brought her down by road from Canvey Island and I can recommend the guy who moved her then. Hope someone can get her over the line and back into the water, she hasn't got far left to go. Feel free to ask questions either by messenger or comments below. Read more
