Malaysian Trumpet snails are a great addition to any aquarium as they keep the tank squeaky clean. They eat leftover/excess food, algae, detritus etc but they do NOT eat plants. They are great in planted tanks as they aerate the substrate/gravel as they move around but won't damage the plant. Your tank glass and ornaments will probably never need cleaning again with some of these snails in your tank!
