Trek 1.2 Pilot Aluminium with carbon fork Excellent condition: we bought this from a bike shop mechanic who does up bikes in his spare time, it’s been ridden approximately 150 miles since. One or two small scratches as with any used bike, unnoticeable from more than a yard away - looks lovely! Wheels true and gears and brakes sharp and smooth. Very fast, responsive and excellent climber with a slightly more relaxed riding position which makes it excellent for long distances and commuting - triple chainset offers gears for the steepest hills, up and down. Only selling as it’s given wife a taste for race bikes and so she’s upgraded to full carbon. Size 54cm (medium) This fits wife who's 5'6; and I (5'11) can also ride it very comfortably. Vintage Classic Trek SL Racing bike Aluminium frame Car

Super-light bike (less than 10kg) in ride-able condition as it is but would benefit from further improvement/adjustment. 56 cm aluminium frame, Bontrager handlebars, Bontrager Carbon Fibre front forks (I think!). Tiagra rear change mech. Campagnolo combination brake/gearshift levers. - That's the Good Bits! The Not so Good bits:- Frame has a small dent in the top tube - see picture 3 - (plus several small patches where the paint has chipped allowing moisture ingress. Nothing serious though. Gear changing is a bit random! The original gear shifters were broken when I got the bike so I fitted a pair of campagnolo combined brake/gear-shifters that I had lying around. I think the rear one is for a 9 speed, so as there only 8 cogs on the back, sometimes you don't know for certain which gear you are going to get. Similarly the front mech changer is not as slick as I would like. I think most of this is just down to adjustment and the patience to spend a bit of time fine tuning. I think I have priced the bike realistically to take account of these shortcomings. Read more

52cm Roux vercors r7 aluminium racing city bike carbon fork

Roux vercors R7 racing bike in good working order. As far as I have researched this bike has a aluminum body with carbon forks and is therefore very lightweight. 52cm from the bottom to the top of the bike frame. I am 6" and increasing the seat height by a fair bit fits me fine. As you can tell by the pictures the bike is used but has been looked after with a good amount of grease on the chain. The wheels have not been professionally trued since purchase so that may need to happen. As to the age and riding miles of the bike I am unsure as I am selling this for a friend.
