She has a whole list of things included with her including, sails, spinnaker, fenders, bilge pump, fuel tank, flexi water tank, spinnaker pole, mooring warps, boom, mast with new VHF Ariel fitted and more. She does finishing off inside as it is pretty much a blank canvas to do with as you please. I really do wish I had time to invest in finishing her off but as family and job commitments get larger free time is at a premium. The outside is finished just needs a new lick of antifoul which we have and a coat of varnish which we also have. New prop shaft bearings and packing Engine, a yanmar 12 hp fully serviced and new impeller. 2 ring cast iron cooker. Sea toilet, sink with pump tap. Sails in very good condition. New lazy jacks, new target 2 sounder fitted this week. New upvc rubbing strake. The only thing this boat could do with is the cockpit area polishing, something I haven't got round to yet. This is without doubt one of the best triple keel halcyon23 in the country.
