These are really great books for anyone doing their Primary ITT/PGCE/SCITT/School Direct/Teach First programme! This is an assortment of 17 books to help any primary teacher, particularly those embarking on their training year. Some of these books are really useful aids to improve classroom practice, while others are important referencing materials for assignments, professional reflections and presentations etc. I have just completed my Primary PGCE and have referred to each of these books at some point over the course of the year. The Buskers' Guide books were a really helpful, quick way to understand the basics of some of the core ideas within primary practice. The Daunt Books compilation was a really useful source of Guided Reading texts for me to use on placement, as the stories are all written by children. The other books in this collection were invaluable in providing evidence and references for course assignments and written work. All of these books have been used, so do show signs of wear and tear.
