As it is the 'high' version it allows you to tow a caravan, trailer etc at the same time as carrying the pedal cycles. 'High' means the pedal cycles are higher in the air and will not interfere, when turning, with the caravan, jockey wheel, handbrake etc,. Different sizes of pedal cycles are catered for. Well made, very strong and safe. Pictures 1 and 2 show the rack upon which the pedal cycles are attached. Picture 3 shows the bracket that is bolted behind the towball. Used Maypole towbar mounted 3 cycle carrier. I used this cycle carrier for storing & transporting bikes when going on camping trips, or just heading out for the day. Easy to use and unique design.
