Young Tortoise for sale comes with article 10 cites certificate. Youngsters can spend summer months in pen in the garden but will need a tortoise table or simular with uva/uvb lamp providing correct light and heat source. When older this species would usually hibernate in the winter but not so when young hence the need for indoor table/cage for winter months. These make great pets.. Cant be sure if male or female as too young to reliably know but incubated at 32 degrees to me female. So most likely female but cant be sure.
