Topper sailing dinghy. Slightly rare as it's a EuroTopper and has a yellow fiberglass Hull instead of the usual plastic. This means it's 15kgs heavier and more stable than a standard topper still easy enough to get on a roof rack though. Has a standard aluminium mast and normal sized topper sail. Rudder and dagger board included. It's a few years old so has some battle scars (but no patches or repairs) but is ready to go and could be in the water same day. We have owned this boat for 5 years and had great fun in her but failing knees mean that we didn’t use her last year so, regrettably, she has to be sold. Shown in picture ghosting up to the Yacht Club slipway one evening after an enjoyable day. She has been used for family and solo sailing, not raced other than in the occasional fun regatta. She has a nice stable intermediate design: exiting but not too extreme. The PE3 hull construction is durable and needs zero maintenance other washing down after a sail. There are two useful screw-down dry hatches in which you can put your lunch, car keys etc ready for a break. She is in excellent condition with no significant dings or scratches on hull or topsides and comes complete with:- Galvanised road trailer + lighting board with easy piggyback launching trolley. Original RS cover which allows for the boat to be stored mast up or down. Mylar slab reefing, battened Main with roller furling Jib. Sail area 12.2m2 All blocks, sheaves, running and standing rigging in sound condition. It also has a removable outboard bracket – should you feel the need or maybe want to take it up river for some lunchtime refreshment. 4.6m LOA, 1.75m Beam. Suit 1-3 Crew or Family of 4.   Red Topper sailing Dingy ~ Ready to set off

This Topper has had 3 previous owners including myself. It has been well 'used' but it is in great condition. I brought this Topper to start sailing in and gain my confidence. The previous owner converted it to a centre main so it is easier to sail. I am selling it to buy a larger boat to compete in races in, however there are opportunities for Toppers to race as well. The Topper is located at the Deban Yacht Club in Woodbridge. This boat includes: Launching trolley [no roar trailer.] Topper Sail Boom Mast Self Bailer Centre main conversion Toe straps Dagger board Tiller and tiller extension Kicker Outhaul Mainsheet Bung Cover  I am hoping this boat goes to a loving home were it can aid confidence on the water. It is a fantastic starter boat and is great to learn in. The sail, hull dagger board and tiller have all been cleaned since the photos were taken. [apologises for the darkness of the photos.]

This fun little dinghy was purchased by us second hand for our son, who has now grown to 6'1" and wants to take on something bigger. The Byte is very similar to the Laser, (designed by the same person) but smaller and lighter and with the mainsheet and traveller in the middle of the boat, hence easier to sail. The dinghy is in good condition, with only a few scuffs and some minor gel coat repairs to the underside collected over the years. The mainsheet blocks and rope are new and all rigging is present and correct. Not shown in the photos due to the windy conditions but included is the sail and batons. The folding launching trolley is also available. The great thing about the Byte is that the hull is 3.7m long and weighs around 45 kg, so is easily lifted upside down onto the roof rack of a standard car (my wife takes the sharp end and I take the blunt end). The trolley then goes upside down on the hull and the boom and mast sections can be tied alongside the hull. The whole thing may then be secured with ratchet straps and bungees. We have had great fun with the Byte in a variety of locations, including taking it to the West coast of Ireland on the roof of the car for the last few summer holidays. This would be the ideal purchase for a young teenager who is looking for a bit of excitement. I have been able to sail it 2 up with my son - it is a bit of a squeeze but perfectly possible for a bit of basic instruction or if a couple of smaller sailors want to mess around on it together once they know what they are doing.
