He is 6 years old and has recently been broken over the winter and is taking everything in this stride. He has been to a few local shows and was always in the ribbons. Show Jumping prospect 13.2hh gelding

This gorgeous boy is back for sale (at a reduced price), as the lvtb he was going on did not happen due to the loaner's change of circumstances. I've had him for 2 years and now I am selling as I can no longer give him the time and attention he needs due to work and family commitments. I only ride him 2 times per week these days, but he is the same as ridden daily. He is an 8 y.o. Reg Sec C gelding, he was shown in his previous home, always in ribbons. I did a couple of local shows with him, which he enjoyed. He has been sympathetically broken and schooled over the 2 years I've had him. He has 3 beautiful, comfortable paces, good transitions. We mastered walk to canter and change of lead. He will work for you in a nice outline, if that's what you want to do. He showed some great talent in show jumping with his beautiful, scopey jump and he really enjoys it. He does not rear, buck or bolt. Good sides: * Beautiful action and plenty of jump in this boy * Very good in traffic and to hack * Good to handle, also by children * Good to catch, load, with farrier, dentist, etc * Can live in or out with no stable vices * Never sick or lame * Lives off thin air, very cheap to keep * Can be ridden as often or as rarely as you want, doesn't get silly * He would suit a mother/daughter, teenager, lightweight person who wants to have a fun pony up for anything, really. His bad sides: * He can be nappy in a new situation/place. He needs plenty of re-assurance and positive encouragement. If you try something new, he needs to warm up to it little by little or he will get overwhelmed. * He can be cheeky with young/inexperienced riders. 13.1 show prospect/riding project in Canterbury

Sad sale of our 5 year old hh cob mare. She is sold as seen from the field as a project / show prospect. She was broken in early this year but needs bringing on and hasn't done much since. On the ground princess is a sweet girl, she allows you to pick up her feet, she is good being groomed and bathed down with the hose, my 5year old son has groomed her with no issues, she is fine being stabled but does kick the door for attention! I started bombproofing her and she wasn't fazed by bags by her head or under her feet, she's been walked out on the roads and in the forest a couple of times. My 6 year old and 1 year old have sat on her with no issues. Princess is good to load and travel, with farrier and can live out in a mixed herd no problems. She is passported and microchipped. It really is a sad sale but she needs to go to a home where she can reach her potential

Top Ror / BD prospect

Arty is a 110% gentlemen, with a very promising future. I rescued arty for a racing yard in September and from there I have retrained him on the flat and is now starting jump training. He is a very sweet lad who just likes to please and really try's his best. Dressage; He is ready to go and compete dressage prelim / novice. He has seen dressage boards and isn't bothered. He rides very light in the hand and works correctly in all three paces. Learning leg yeilding and shoulder in, sometimes I wear small spurs just so he reacts quicker off my leg. He would excel in dressage and I think with correct training would reach a high level. Show jumping; He is currently jumping small coloured fences, will jump round a course or single fences. He is showing a lot of promise just needs time to correct his technique and gain more confidence over bigger fences when the time is right. Cross country; He has only seen a few small log type fences, I have no doubt with some proper xc schooling he will love it. Hacking; Arty will hack alone or in company, he is not spooky at traffic/ dogs / plastic bags etc. He is much happier hacking in company like most horses, he is fine in open fields, doesn't hot up, he is happy to go for a quiet bimble or he will love to go for good gallop! He is so much fun! Lunging / free schooling: Arty will free school himself and jump any come up, he loves it, lunging he can be a little lazy to start with but he's 100% easy. ARTY: He has no vices only nods his head when it's feed time, he loves his feed! He is good to shoe, travel, load, vet, dentist. He is good to clip he just isn't happy with the clippers around his head / top of his neck. He love to be pampered! He would prefer to be out on grass as much as possible, but he does like coming into a warm stable on colder nights. Arty would probably turn his hoof to any job your ask of him, whether it would be hunting or eventing. He is the sweetest horse, he is very easy to handle. I'm forced to sell because I have to cut down on the amount of horses I have and I'm not giving arty the time he needs. He will only go to a 5* home!
