Welsh Section B

Lily has been with us since she was 6 years old. She is now 13 and over the last 7 years age has taught all 3 of my daughters to ride. She has done Pony Club every season down Ickworth Park and has also done camp and a few local shows. Shes very beautiful and has not got a nasty bone in her. She hacks alone or in company and will go in a field with any other pony or horse. She is good to load, clip, has only her front feet shod and that's because shes hacked along the roads a lot where we live, she has been barefoot before when not doing a lot of road work. This is a very sad sale as she has been a much loved family pet but my youngest rider is now 13 and they have all grown out of her and shes being wasted. She is more suited as a second pony as she can be strong when jumping, this is only because she loves to jump. She can easily pop a 3 ft fence or log. She absolutely loves cross country. It is with heavy heart that we have to sell our beloved 10 year old 12hh Reg Welsh Section B Mare. She is sadly out grown after 6 great years we have owned her. She has successfully taken my daughter from lead rein to first ridden and competed in all pony club events, rally and camp. This year they both came 5th in the My Quest Northern Regional finals dressage and 2nd at Equifest in M and M first ridden. She successfully competes in SHP, SP, M&M classes and also enjoys jumping, dressage and mounted games. She is a forward going but responsive ride. She is good in open spaces hacks out alone and in company and is great to catch, box, travel, feet trim, clip etc.. She loves competing so would ideally suit a competitive home. She is up to date with vaccinations, teeth, feet trimmed and is also microchipped. No vices. Chestnut Welsh Section B

Pillheath Santana (aka Bruno for short) is a 4 year old Welsh pony Section B Gelding standing 13hh and registered. He is the first to come out of the field, very friendly and inquisitive. He is turned out year round and has a good winter coat. He will come with his rain and cold weather turnout rug but will need a new thick winter turnout rug. He is happy when the farrier visits him and loves a good brush. Bruno respects fences and is not skittish of cars, but doesnt like little yapping dogs to much. He has a friendly personality, is very affectionate and likes shiny things, if you have a shiny zip on your jacket he will grab it with his lips and give it a pull. He is a little cheeky too and will play with you in the field if you want to chase him or you have apples he will give you nudges, he has a big endearing personality. Bruno was bought as a project for my wife so that she could train him further and advance her skills, however after having him a week, we found out we were expecting and have been trying to juggle having the horses, but we have had to be realistic and feel they deserve a home where they can get some more attention. Bruno is excellent on a lead rein, he will match your pace as you walk. Even if you get him up to a trot he will match the speed you can do.
