High Class allrounder!!

'Joey' is a 5 year old, 16.1 gelding by Lando (Olympic show jumper) out of Bali Gii, who was a 1.60m Showjumper. (Breeding in photos) His breeding speaks for itself. We have had him since a 14 month old, broke him ourselves as a 3 year old and he won his first 4 year old class at Wales and West last year and came second in his other one. He has an incredible jump on him. Due to not having enough time he has not been out competing since then. He is up for sale at a silly price as he really needs to be going out and doing a job this year. He is great to hack, shoe (currently barefoot), catch and travel, sometimes needs a bit of encouragement loading in a trailer but it's just practice. He sometimes pulls a face but never bites, kicks etc, it's just his temperament - his sire was the same, we find it funny as he appears to be a bit of a grumpy grandad! He's easy to ride, quite lazy on the flat and to hack so would be fine for someone who would would prefer a kick along type, to jump he is very keen but always snaffle mouthed. He would really suit a very competitive showjumper but would be fine as a flashy allrounder for a competent novice. He is currently in light work - working about 3 days a week. He's open to vet. I absolutely have not got time for time-wasters or rude, unfriendly people-if you aren't very nice to me on the phone you are not welcome to come and view him. Beautiful 13h 9 year old dapple grey mare. Very sad sale of this pony but unfortunately wasted as my daughter rides her other pony more and with the right rider will go very far. Perfectly schooled with 3 beautiful paces. Always in a snaffle not strong but nicely moves forward. Loves to jump with bold jump. Potential top class pony

I have come to the hard decision to sell my sons pony as he is simply wasted with us. I bought him as a 3yr old in the hope he would be suitable for my son but he is simply too good for him and deserves a lot more from life. My son has ridden him on the roads and in the arena on the lead rein and the pony has never put a foot wrong even though my son is a total beginner. I've also had a 7yr old girl hack him out down the road in company off the lead rein with no problems what so ever he really is a sweetheart. Buddy has the added bonus of fantastic straight movement, we have also popped him over a small jump loose schooling and it's safe to say he will excel in any sphere. All he needs now is a small jockey that can bring him on as he is still green but with work will make a cracking pony. I am open to offers on this fantastic pony as 5* home is very important and like I have said he does need someone willing to put the time and effort into him.
