Atlas solitaire foot 6 berth caravan for sale off site only! Please not I have now taken all my belongings out from it e.g net curtains teles ornaments. Things I have left in caravan is everything that your meant to get with a caravan! I have left the cooker in there which I payed over £300 a year and half ago! At moment it is currently sited on sunningdale caravan park at hemsby Great Yarmouth. It will however need pulling off as age limit for the site. Please if any interest in this caravan please feel free to ring me to arrange viewings as I'm not from Yarmouth I'm at Dagenham Essex so would have to drive down or ask manager to show u! A truely lovely caravan with a little tlc it will be up to the condition it should be in. A few things needs seeinging to the skylight in kitchen area needs fixing or replacing as it's currently held down with bricks. And the font door has dropped and allowed water in which has made the entrance to the caravan floor spongy! U can walk on it just will need more wood underneath it. It comes fully double glazed, centrally heated, extra thermal insulation, gardens, double drive and is sited in Burton Constable Hall and grounds holiday park. This park gives you the option to stay here for 50 weeks of the year at a very good rate. The site is in the country on outskirts of hull, only 6 miles to the town if you wish to go and 20 minutes to the coast. My holiday home has two bedrooms, main bedroom is a double with en suite, fitted wardrobes, bedside units and overhead storage.Bedroom two has the option of two single beds or these will push together to make another double..This room also has a single fitted wardrobe and a bedside unit. The bathroom has fittshower, toilet and wash basin. Onto the kitchen that is designed as a country kitchen and has integrated fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob and dishwasher.. There is lots of storage space and a dining area. It is open plan giving you plenty of area to work in. The living room has a fireplace with a log effect fire, a landline telephone connection and phone, wi-fi broadband, display cabinet, corner unit for TV or optionally wall mounting TV. The living room has large patio doors that lead out to the decking area. This can also be accessed through the main doorway off the kitchen and through a large porch with sliding doors. The decking area offers great oportunity to dine outside or entertain and this also leads down to a fenced off court yard for that little bit of privacy. We have 3 garden areas, the front is more of a miniature plant garden and waterfall, one side is used as a herb garden and the other side is mainly herbaceous plants to make it all low maintenance.
