Home Brew go-kart, Me and a friend started this a while ago, but other projects have since got in the way and we never quite finished it. It has a Piaggo Zipp SP 50cc 2-stroke Liquid cooled engine with 80cc big bore kit, so im told and scooter when complete certaainly went like it The front end of from a ride on lawn mower. We had it started a few months ago and it has sat ever since. All the welding is done. Needs one of the tyres pumping up/inner tube replacing and the accelerator brake controls finishing off. We were going to have hand controls for these as you can see in the pictures to start with and maybe move to pedals later on. Also needs a seat or some padding installing. No electric start but wasnt too hard to start on the kick start. No ignition switch installed. We just shorted two of the ignition wires to get it started. You could finish this up in a weekend, lack of space to store it and other a few classic cars that need finishing over winter means I cant keep this. Should fit in the back of a decent sized estate.
