These sheds have been design specifically for housing mobility scooters. This Mobility Scooter Shed provides you with a secure and dry place to house your Scooter. It comes with a wider door and a ramp for easy access. All our mobility scooter sheds are built using using tongue and groove cladding on the walls, roof & floor. We do not use and chipboard to cut costs in our buildings. The framing is a 45mm x 45mm, We use a press lock and key for securing the building. We use a standard 20kg green mineral felt on our mobility scooter sheds as standard for more protection. All our buildings are treated externally before delivery & installation is made, we do however recommen that you treat the building within 3 months of getting your building. All timber spoken about in our website is nominal sizes, this means the size of the timber before it has been machined. 16mm is the size of the board and when finished is 12mm thick. There can be a slight variation of upto 1mm either way, this is outwith our control. I made this for a specific job only 6 months ago. Quality timber framing. The Gate is 110" long and 40" high. 1.04M x 2.8M. It can be easily shortened just by unscrewing the large wood screws & cutting back the rails. As its so long i used a wheel at the end to take the strain off the hinges. worked great. It will take you a good weekend to dismantle and take away however you will be getting thousands in timber and building materials for poultry / horses / ponies etc for very little. There are camping chairs brand new never used and camping equipment, utensils and much more to go at. If this does not go it will dismantled and put in storage regardless, any questions please ask, I am looking for sensible offers but far from desperate on this one the material will only go up as timber cost is at an all time high at present.
