Used L Shape Stable Block/workshop 5 stables

Buyer to dismantle and collect - CASH ON COLLECTION - LOCATED IN KNUTSFORD, CHESHIRE - INTERESTED PARTIES CAN VIEW PRIOR TO PURCHASING BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT Used L Shape Stable which has been used as a workshop/storage and has not housed horses. Approximately 13 years old. The outer construction is treated shiplap which is lined with sterling board. The building is good condition overall but the end panels have weathered slightly and could do with re staining. The majority of the internal timber is in good condition with no signs of damp with exeption of the back roof panels which may need replacing due to the trees behind causing damp/discolouration to them. This can be seen on the picture clearly.
