THULE TWIN BIKE TOW-BAR BALL CARRIER. I recently sold my Road Bike and Mountain Bike and forgot I had got this carrier. As I no longer need it someone will pick up a bargain. I was sceptical at first about it fitting safely on the tow-bar ball, but after using it only a few times I must admit, I was very impressed. It locks onto the tow-bar ball, and then the locking mechanism can be padlocked (padlock and two keys included) The top bars can be lowered for driving around with the carrier attached, but it cannot be swung out of the way to open a hatchback rear door. The bars which hold the bikes have soft rubbery grips and straps, and another strap to hold the bikes steady which can be threaded through wheels and around the frames. Manufactured by Thule, the leaders in carrier accessories. I purchased this from Halfords at about £60, so don't go crackers!
