Oak high sleeper very sturdy and strong with sloping stairs and hand rails each side. it has a shelves a desk and stool the stool has got some marks on but nothing a sand down isn't too much of a job. futon nice seating area purple cushions which pulls out into a bed the slats underneath are ok but need a slight adjustment as when put back into a seat the run that they are on needs to be put right other than that its an awesome bed and my daughter has enjoyed each moment in having it. the light was an added thing which isn't included nor is the under desk storage as that is still used. Overall very good used condition, I have highlighted the desk has some minor staining but this would be able to be rectified by the new owner if wanted.
