For sale - used General Purpose Thorowgood saddle in black, fully synthetic with suede seat/knees. 17.5" seat with changeable gullet and built on a cob tree/square cantle (currently fitted with yellow gullet). Detachable knee rolls. Very good condition, no cuts/scrapes just the usual minor wear and tear. Recently checked by a saddle fitter and been reflocked. Could do with a bit of a wipe down as it's a little dusty from lack of use. Barely used on my horse as she developed arthritis; genuine reason for sale as I no longer need an extra saddle for her. Thorowgood T4 cob GP 17.5"

This is one of the original cob T4 saddles made by Thorowgood. It has been completely re-flocked. Sadly my mare was put down so I have no use for it and having a clear out. It is a wide, very comfortable saddle. 17.5" and measures 9'5" between the D rings. It does not have a changeable gullet. It is immaculate condition and you literally just wipe it down, it looks like leather! Photos show it still wet after I wiped it down, it is not marked! Complete bargain. Read More
