THOROWGOOD MAXAM " SYNTHETIC SADDLE, BRIDLE & ACCESSORIES.  (Ref: 396 R) " black MAXAM GP synthetic saddle.  Medium fit.  Measures approximately 10" from D-Ring to D-Ring.  Very good condition.  Will need girth straps replacing as they are a little worn.  Very easy to replace as they are the thread-through type (see photo).  Brown cob size Gallop flash bridle.  Stainless steel buckles.  Comfort headpiece.  Buckle billet fastenings - one keeper has been replaced and is not stitched to the bridle, but works fine (see photos).  Bridle comes with a 6" loose ring jointed snaffle bit and original rubber-grip reins.  There is a white 'Sports Horse' saddle cloth, a pair of English 'Heritage' brown stirrup leathers, a pair of 4.1/2" Peacock safety stirrup irons with treads, and a 48" Cottage Craft brown padded girth.  Excellent value starter set.
