Length - mm - 44" Loading area - 200mm - 8" Grip area (Per side) - 210mm - 8 1/4" Grip diameter - 50mm - 2" Weight (Appox) - 6.6kg (With collars) Suitable for standard 25mm plates (NOT Olympic) Homemade thick grip bar, very strong and solid. Unlike most thick grip / strongman type bars, this is suitable for use with 25mm plates. So is ideal for someone with a home gym who wants to challenge their forearms / grip without paying crazy prices for the 50mm plate stuff. The 50mm grip area is held in place by an Allen bolt and can be moved in and out to a certain extent, allowing some adjustment of the grip width and loading area. x2 quick release, collars with levers are included, allowing fast and easing weight changes. The loading bar is about mill narrower than a standard bar, so standard size spring clips generally can't be used with bar, though it may vary with different clips. The bar running through the centre is 24mm solid steel. Bar and collars have allot of marks, wear etc from use as you would expect, but will easily provide a lifetime of service, if treated right. As with anything homemade, you use at your own risk. I'm responsible for any injuries, but this bar is very solid and I don't see how anything could go wrong. 17.5" Length - 440mm Approx 2" - 50mm Diameter Loading Space (Adjustable) mm Suitable for 50mm / Olympic plates only. x2 handles - weight plates NOT included Homemade, constructed from aluminium scaffolding tube, despite being light and hollow, very strong. Solid adjustable outer collars that release quickly with thumbscrews. Inner collars can also be adjusted with a spanner should you require a wider grip / loading area. Black plastic end caps have been added. Made these myself, but no longer required as I'm clearing some space and don't have tome for much grip training these days, so they're going. Excellent for grip / forearm work, allot more challenging than a standard 25mm bar. Bars have marks, wear etc as you would expect. One has a small hole drilled through the centre (Pictured) from it's previous use, but it doesn't affect use and you'll probably want to add your own tape / grip etc. Please note: As these are a mill or so smaller in diameter than an Olympic bar, spring clips in general cannot be used with them.
