They were published by a company called Virtue & Co, London. My research leads me to believe they were published circa . According to wording on the front they were sold to subscribers only and they have a cover price of 6s (shillings). They are in good condition for their age. This collection of stories aims to help fill this gap. Micheal O Conghaile is one of Ireland's foremost contemporary Irish-language prose writers. Though none of these have been written in. The Bible contains; The Old and New Testaments, Explanatory Notes, References, Condensed Concordance. Illustrated with more than nine hundred highly finished engravings. Unfortunately only very recently the front cover seperated from the main body of the book so it will need a book binding job to put that right.
