The ground floor apartment is completely self contained within the farmhouse. The generous living room has a traditional log burner, modern decor with ample seating and space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher. There is one double bedroom and another with a single + bunk beds. The bathroom has an over bath power shower and heated towel rail. The whole apartment boasts underfloor heating. The farm is set in a beautiful rural location which benefits from wonderful views across the Exe Estuary. Being on the Exe Estuary Trail we are ideally located for those who enjoy walking or cycling. Exmouth Beach a 10min stroll away offers the opportunity to learn to kite surf, paddle board and windsurf or just relax in the sun. If you sail bring your boat with you we have plenty of room on the farm. Guests are welcome to explore the 110 acre of woods and farmland. Pets welcome.

Windows with curtains, seperate fully enclosed sleeping area to keep bugs out! We strive to follow your usual routine to ensure that your pets are not stressed in your absence. We are now based in 6 Manchester Street, Exmouth, EX8 1DE. Our day care centre has now out grown our homes, but this doesn't mean we have changed the way we work. The dogs are now never left alone during the day as someone is at the Centre at all times and there is lots of sofas and beds for them to crash out on. We started off just running from one home, then two and now the centre has allowed us to expand even further. We have a passion for our jobs that shows in all the staff. We ensure a safe environment that the dogs are comfortable in and give all our dogs the love that they would receive if they were our own. this saddle is designed for eventing or jumping, it features the 'Cair' air filled panels and has the Wintec Easy Change Gullet System. the saddle has a medium gullet (black) in at the moment. i have had the saddle for about 2 1/2 years from new and i am having a tack room clear out !! the saddle is in good condition, the only damage are two slots that i cut to take a saddle bag as there were no d-rings, (this in no way effects the integrity of the saddle. see picture) as i used it hunting a few times.
