Technics Digital Ensemble Electric Piano

One of the beauties of an electric piano is that you are free from the need to have it tuned regularly. Unlike an acoustic piano, the Technics Digital Ensemble does not need tuning even after prolonged use. Another bonus is it comes with volume controls and a socket for headphones (fabulous if you have a piano student in the house and don’t want to upset the neighbours). Besides the volume control, this piano features touch response, so you can vary the volume of individual notes by playing the keys harder or softer. Like an acoustic piano, the Technics Digital Ensemble has soft and sustain pedals. Or if you’re feeling creative, try out the ‘Advanced Split’ – the keyboard automatically divides into left and right sections and you can choose a rhythm then play chords on the left side which will play automatically in the chosen accompaniment pattern. Sounding complicated? Don’t worry, this wonderful instrument comes complete with the original set of manuals to guide you through. When you’ve perfected your piece, record your performance and store it in the sequencer! Whether you’re looking to buy an instrument for your budding musician to practice on, or a professional looking for a versatile piece of sophisticated equipment, I feel certain this electric piano will fit the bill nicely.
