Here for sale is our Vango Icarus 500 Blue tent used a few times, included is the Vango Icarus 500 Carpet, Footprint and King poles. Plus a double airbed too! The compete Vango Icarus accessory set! Ideal for the summer holidays! Perfect starter set for the large family. Over £450 worth of goods. Looking for £275 ono. Please note, one of the pole straps on the tent has simply come undone. My other half had a look and said it could be re-stiched! But that isn't my specialty. The tent has no leaks, all poles are complete, no rips/tears or holes in the tent. The airbed hasn't been recently tested, but was in full working condition last time we used it! The carpet backing has come away slightly, could just be re-fixed. Doesn't impend its comfort or useage. Sorry the pictures are not great. Thank the good old English weather!! A little bit about the tent! The best selling Vango Icarus 500 tent has been slightly improved for the season. Firstly, the hydrostatic head (waterproofness) rating of the flysheet has been increased from mm to mm; the venting panels have been increased in size (high altitude training) and finally both entrances feature step-over doorways with the level of the sewn-in groundsheet having been raised. The Icarus range owes its popularity to the fantastically simple 'as-one' easy to pitch system and the simple 3-pole no hassle construction make it the most ideal of weekend tents. The tent frame is constructed using Powerflex fiberglass poles, a Protex Polyester flysheet (mm hydrostatic head protection) and as is the norm these days, the groundsheet is fully sewn-in to keep out unwanted pests and draughts. The other key features of the tent include, as-one pitching, single 5-berth sleeping compartment (with roll back divider), TBS tension band system for extra strengthening in adverse weather, mm HH internal groundsheet, side 'J' door with mesh double door, heavy duty continuous poles sleeves, storm skirts, pelmet with storage pockets, cable entry point, front door mesh vent, reflective webbing, 'Crystal Clear' windows (with internal covers), breathable fabric inner tent, parallel zipped front door can be used as a sun sun porch (porch poles not provided).
