There is a minor tear to one of the loops that supports a guy rope at the front of the tent. It doesn't affect the water integrity or stability of the the tent. OUTWELL Hawaii Reef Polycotton Tent - 5 Man Person Family Camping Tent Cost £ Similar to Vango

The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. You can check out the countless reviews online with virtually all rating it 10 out of 10 stars. We originally paid £ for it. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Due to the size and weight, I am not able to pitch for you to see, so I took it to a local camp site recently, and stayed overnight to ensure everything is okay. This tent is a 6 berth size with 3 generous double sleeping compartments around 3 sides of the square living area. We found this to be better than other tents we've had as the children's 'bedrooms' were apart from each other so they couldn't argue through the thin dividers you sometimes get. Each compartment can be added or omitted independently of each other depending on numbers. The living area is full height so you you aren't bent double for the duration of your holiday!... this area has a separate ground sheet through from front porch area to back so if you wanted to only have two bedrooms you can convert the front and back to thoroughfare. Overall a great family tent that is fine for 6 but we found to be perfect for 4 with plenty of space. It has been aired through before being put away after each use and is in very good condition. More than happy to go through speediest way to put it up with whoever buys. This large family tent has plenty of room to sit inside on a rainy day! The Vango Maritsa 700 has a front entry porch (ideal for cooking in or storing outdoor clothing/shoes). It has a large living area and bedrooms to the rear of the tent. The bedrooms have a flexible arrangement and can be divided into 2 or 3 compartments. With the potential to use one of the rooms as a walk-in wardrobe complete with a hanging rail for your clothes. Each bedroom compartment has blackout material to help keep the light out in the morning. There are 3 entry/exit points each with mesh nets to keep out bugs and improve air flow and a number of small flaps for electric cables to be passed inside when using electric hook up. Inside you will find plenty of pockets, pouches and hooks for storage. The tent is in new condition having been used once and has been packed away carefully. Vango Maritsa 600 tent- 6 man large family tent in very good condition. Always been packed away dry and cleaned before packing, and stored in dry clean under stairs cupboard. Selling only because I'm not getting any younger and chose to go 'Airbeam'. It has versatile bedroom config, separate living area and porch with good height. The steel poles give a sturdy camping experience even in British weather. We've experienced very strong winds in this tent and not had any problems whilst camping in it. It really is in very good condition and will no doubt give someone many years more camping in space and comfort. The Vango Maritsa 600 footprint ground sheet and Vango made to measure carpet (in the large lounge area) are included in the price. The mobile phone is not included and is to show scale of size only. Only used once a year for the past few years so excellent condition. Moss green in colour. Plenty of information on this tent available if Googled. It gets an review score on the ukcampsite-co-uk website, and will be a real bargain for the buyer. Tent, Footprint and Carpet. Only a year old and only used a few times, we have decided it is too big for the 2 of us so we have down sized. Great tent in great condition, couple of minor flaws to mention 1 eyelet on the foot print is damaged but its still ok for use. We placed a patch on a pin hole on the back corner think it was a thorn but better safe than sorry.
