8 person tent Gelert Beyond Meridian 8 *** With Extras ***, For sale is our much loved 8 man tent, with external porch which we are reluctantly selling as we now are looking to downsize to a smaller tent. This tent is a wonderfully spacious family tent that sleeps up to 8 adults, it has a fully sewn in ground sheet it has 2 sleep pods, 1 at each end which can be separated into 2 compartments making 4 doubles in total. The central living space is very roomy with 2 doors and 2 windows with integral fly screens. We are selling the tent with a fully enclosed porch which greatly expands the living space and we have used it as a kitchen / dining area as seen in the pictures. The tent is so easy to put up, we have only used it 5 times for our annual holiday. We have camped in all weather's and can honestly say this tent has coped very well with excessive rain and wind and it is very stable. However 2 x Guy ropes anchors were torn off in High winds a couple of years ago but does not affect the stability of the tent and can be properly repaired if needed (parts kept) but we didn't think it necessary, also, small patch on inner floor where the inner pod attaches has already been repaired with glue and Gaffa tape. All is however fully water tight and has never given any issues. It has been sprayed each year with Scotch Guard to help its protection from the elements We are including the following extras with the tent so grab yourself a complete bargain!!!! Outwell Montana 6 person tent We are selling our much loved Outwell Montana 6 person tent. Included in the sale are:- Footprint Tent Tent Carpet Front extension The tent is 8 yrs old and so does have a few age related marks. The tent was waterproofed with Fabsil the last time we used it. Two of the springs on the poles have snapped, these can be replaced however we have never bothered as the poles still fit together and are that heavy it doesn't impact on the stability of the tent. The side porch pole is perfectly usable but we are unable to pull apart 2 sections of the pole to fold it. There is also a small marked area in one of the bedroom pods.
