The tent has a very large floor area and can sleep up to ten to twelve adults. This really is a fantastic high specification expensive bell tent. Cost over £600 new. Very easy to erect. I have only used it twice since new as can never seem to find the time to get away, hence the reason for selling. A small area of marking on the rear of the tent from use, nothing unsightly or that affects the use of the tent. I will take some canvas cleaner to it if it stops raining. There's an entrance at each end, so one can be the entrance and the other can be a dry/clean storage area. I recently bought extra tent pegs for it, so there's plenty of those. I used it this year so it won't be 100% clean on the outside, but still in great condition with no leaks.
