These have been fully stripped, cleaned, rebuilt and lubricated. Professionally painted in Metallic Black with added silver. Lettering is Laser Etched with Gold Infill. Gold pitch trims and pitch cloths also fitted. Target lights fitted with blue LED's. Brand new Limited Edition slipmatts. Tonearms working perfectly with smooth bearings, anti-skate working as they should and height adjustment free and oiled. New Van Damme RCA cables fitted with Neutrik plugs with new Ground wire. Massive improvement in sound quality compared to the standard ones. They have both been used for a number of hours each after the rebuild with no issues. They sound great. Pitch zero is spot on and calibrated. They look fantastic, pictures don't do them justice, they need to be seen! The Technics iridescent labels shown in the pictures can be added to the front of the base if preferred. The Ortofon Concorde Pro S Cartridges/Needles are not included in the sale. Here we have my beloved turntables up for grabs. We have a new baby on the way and our house isn't exactly the largest so we're really in need of the space. A pair of Technics SL- MK5 turntables. I have both boxes and both lids. These are MK5 turntables, NOT MK2, so have a click less pitch as standard with a pitch reset button. They have never been gigged. They have only had home use and not much of that. They are in great condition except a couple of very minor marks in the corner where the lid sits. One of the lids has a crack in it (shown in photo) There are no head shells included but for an extra £100 I will include my Ortofon S-120 Concorde cartridges. The stylus have probably been used for less than 5 hours total, so they aren't even worn in yet. Can be seen working etc if needed. I really don't want to get rid of these and I know that I'll regret it, so I will only list them once. If they go then they go, if not the opportunity won't come up again. Cash on collection preferred as they are large, heavy and I don't want really want to risk them getting damaged. Technics SL's mk2 pair

Pair of Technics SL MK2's. I have had these for 5 years and in that time I have had 3 services done. They work 100% fine and are still very responsive at the pitch adjust. As you can see from the pictures they have accumulated some wear and tear, considering their age it's minor. Unfortunately when I moved house the lids were broken and a foot went missing. Hense the low price. Also one of the Phono wires split (see picture) so it has tape on to prevent it getting worse. This does not affect them working. I did have a replacement wire but I can't find it. Since I've moved house I have used them a couple of times but just don't have the time or passion anymore for vinyl mixing.
