The wikipedia definition of a jump bike is: "Jump mountain bikes have smaller sloping frames with a low saddle, they are designed to be stood up on as much as sat down. They are basically designed just to go down hill or dirt track jumping, they usually have fewer gears". The buyer could be someone whose outgrown a BMX bike, but still a kid at heart. For that reason I have added handlebar ends for comfort of longer rides. This is not a cheap bike (see pictures 8 & 9, to see the new price of Saracen Jump bikes, and components used on this bike). Pretty much everything on the bike is made of lightweight aluminium, so it will not rust. That includes: Frame, wheels, handlebars, handlebar stem, brakes levers, calipers, crank arms, seat stem, and even the pedals are all aluminium. In typical boy racer fashion, this bike has had everything done to it as something to do in between real work.
