I have own from new, I bought this guitar from GAK about 2-3 years ago. It needs two bridge pins replacing and a restring but other than that it's in perfect working order. Taylor GS Mini with fitted K&K 'Pure Mini' pickup system

For me this is probably THE best value acoustic guitar that Taylor make. I tried out A LOT of them before finding this one and it's tone is stunning for the price, plus you'll note some beautiful rosewood grain pattern on the fretboard which also attracted me. It has been my studio-acoustic for a few years but I have started gigging again and have different acoustic requirements for the project so (VERY sadly) this guitar has to go to fund the new one. In excellent overall condition, the only thing (which I've tried to show but it's very difficult as it's so slight) is that I play some songs with a percussive style so you can JUST make out some finger-tap markings near the sound hole. Obviously, if you're looking for a guitar at this quality level you'll already know that this is pretty irrelevant but it's important to be transparent and give as much info as possible. I deliberately went for the unamplified GS mini so I could put my own choice of pickup into this guitar. If you've read up on them you'll know that Taylors 'standard' GS Mini-E pickup system doesn't really do justice to the guitar. After a lot of research I opted for the K&K 'Pure mini' 3-mic pickup system. Here's what K&K say about their system... "ABOUT THE PURE MINI The Pure Mini is our award-winning, signature pickup for steel string acoustic guitars. The Pure Mini is a 3-head, bridge plate transducer. It features super balanced, flat sound transmission, warm woody tone without any quack and superior dynamic range all over the guitar's frequency spectrum. Our customers tell us that the Pure Mini's output is louder than any other passive pickup on the market. Bridge plate transducers are the optimal choice for achieving a rich, natural guitar sound. The Pure's position on the bridge plate provides the perfect balance of sound, picking up all the strings without sounding harsh or percussive and "listening" to the sound board to amplify the unique characteristics of your guitar. This system is worth £100 new, EXCLUDING fitting, and is widely accepted as just about the perfect match for this particular Taylor.
