I am looking for a hand raised or silly tame young cockatiel for my teenage daughter that is used to being petted and as a companion for our other Cockatiel. I would rehome a older bird and have plenty of time to retame if the bird is timid but admit would really like a sweet bird who likes to be petted. The bird would be spoilt rotten and we have a huge cage with lots of toys and treats/veg and fruit and plenty of out the cage time. I have a 5 month old female Syrian hamster called 'Bean' who I am very reluctantly looking for a temporary/new home for. She has an unbelievably good temperament and will very happily be played with and handled. She has never bitten or shown any signs of aggression what so ever I purchased her from Pets at home in Glasgow and have had her ever since. Due to having to leave Scotland unexpectedly for the next 3 weeks I have no choice but to look for another home for her preferably for the time I am away for.
