Registered as a Campervan on V5 document so makes insurance cheaper. Downstairs rear seats fold flat to provide space for a double bed for 2 adults with the included bed frame and cushions. The rear seats also fold up to each side when not in use leaving room to take a bike/kayak or any long bulky items. The pop-top roof (which opens and closes automatically by pushing a button) is a slightly more narrow double bed area - 2 adults could fit, or easily 2 or possibly 3 children. Kitchen is at the side behind driver’s seat (2 gas hobs, sink (with electric tap).The gas bottle and water containers are stored in the cupboards below. Also has additional storage cupboard above sink and hob. There is also a double 3 pin plug socket handy for charging phones/tablets when hooked up to electric. There is also a fold away table so there is a space inside to eat. CD player has been updated (aux, USB input, Bluetooth). Play music from your phone via Bluetooth and take calls using the built in microphone...also has remote control so you can control it whilst chilling in the back. Electric blinds for the rear windows, along with tinted windows so no one can see in at all when set up for sleep. Electric pop top roof - up and down with the push of a button. Vehicle comes with: owners manual, past few years of MOT certificates and various receipts for parts bought and work done etc. Work done this year includes service in Jan , Aircon regas and anti-bacterial clean in Aug , Coolant drained and replaced and whole system pressure tested Aug , Rear anti roll bar bushes and drop links Aug Also comes with 25m electric hook up cable for campsite hookup and waste water container so everything you will need to go away.
