Bought new in April to replace a glass aquarium that I wish we had never bought. This has different levels, tubes and places to put toys and accessories. So much more interesting for the hamster. Purchased separately a much larger wheel that does take up a lot of room but is so much better for the hamster as they can keep their backs straight and therefore run without pain or causing injury to their back. Also comes with an exercise ball (not a fan) food bowl, water bottle and plastic hamster carrier. Purchaser would still require a place for them to sleep although ours loved old cardboard tissue box. Bought this cutie 2 weeks ago for my son, I thought he would have loved having a hamster but he won't go near him as he is scared of it. We are selling harry the hamster and all of his belongings as the sawdust and bedding etc are making my sons asthma play up.
