Sylvanian Families Beechwood Hall This is a brand new and still sealed box (original sellotape sealed by manufacturer) which was a duplicate gift for my daughter. The set is the hall only and does not include any furniture or figures. Photos include photos of the actual sealed box along with some manufacturer photos.
