Swift Escape birth Motor Home

This swift escape has been looked after like a baby, only had one owner briefly before us and had to sell it because he lost his sight so really we have had it nearly all its life. Interior perfect, never ever had any pets enter it because we don't have pets, it's never been smoked in, we would not allow it being non smokers has everything as usual, gas,electric, oven hob,grill fridge water pump for washing dishes and showers. it only has miles on the clock, it has all its service records, it also has its yearly habitation checks book stamped which was only 9 weeks ago and it's only 5 years old. Has all its original carpets under our plastic non slip covering and it's extremely easy to use and maintain. Whoever is interested I would be more then happy to show you how everything works. This great motorhome you will see on fore courts for around £ up to £ with low mirage on. To give you an idea of the going prices look at all your auto trader type magazines on line they will give you the full spec on this swift escape like length 6.30 width height 2.94 etc. Only reason we are parting with it is to up grade to a newer one, but most certainly have to have another one like this because when you have been self sufficient doing the whole wild Atlantic coast or the ring of Kerry or the connamara mountains around Ireland or going through the beautiful mountains and lakes of Bavaria you need to do it in comfort and this swift 624 certainly has it. We have seen the new one we want hence the give away price of ours. £ whoever pays this we will give them the brand new awning that has never been used because we just roll out the sun canopy for the two of us but when you fit the awning on you will be amazed at how many people can fit in it, we were shown but just didn't use it. Oh one more thing the fuel is diesel but the LPG for cooking and heating the motorhome is amazing, it lasts forever, we have only topped it up twice once cost us £8.50 and the last time it cost £5.90 truly amazing. This park gives you the option to stay here for 50 weeks of the year at a very good rate. The site is in the country on outskirts of hull, only 6 miles to the town if you wish to go and 20 minutes to the coast. My holiday home has two bedrooms, main bedroom is a double with en suite, fitted wardrobes, bedside units and overhead storage.Bedroom two has the option of two single beds or these will push together to make another double..This room also has a single fitted wardrobe and a bedside unit. The bathroom has fittshower, toilet and wash basin. Onto the kitchen that is designed as a country kitchen and has integrated fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob and dishwasher.. There is lots of storage space and a dining area. It is open plan giving you plenty of area to work in. The living room has a fireplace with a log effect fire, a landline telephone connection and phone, wi-fi broadband, display cabinet, corner unit for TV or optionally wall mounting TV. The living room has large patio doors that lead out to the decking area. This can also be accessed through the main doorway off the kitchen and through a large porch with sliding doors. The decking area offers great oportunity to dine outside or entertain and this also leads down to a fenced off court yard for that little bit of privacy. We have 3 garden areas, the front is more of a miniature plant garden and waterfall, one side is used as a herb garden and the other side is mainly herbaceous plants to make it all low maintenance.
