14.2h Eventing prospect

Stunning 6 year old 14.2hh registered Connemara gelding looking for a forever home where he can learn all about the big wide world. Alfie is a grey roan, he is very eye catching and has the sweetest nature. He is easy to shoe, box, clip, etc. He is a little difficult to catch on occasion. We bought Alfie for our 12 year old to move on to, however, he needs far more education than we can give him. In the right hands this gorgeous horse will go far. He has bags of talent. He is incredibly green and, under the saddle, is very anxious to begin though he does relax. He has a very bold scopey jump - he will not touch a pole - but he really needs to be started again and we simply don't have the time. He has hunted and is fabulous cross country though we have done neither with him. Devastated that we have no choice but to sell him on but think it's right for him and us. Rocky is schooling training level dressage and is a good mover. He is started over fences and is a great jumper. He is good on trails and goes out alone. He is learning super fast, is very willing and honest, is responsive, goes easy on the bit, he is not spooky, no buck or rear and is overall super easy and fun to ride. He gets along with other horses and is fine on his own. He has a super sweet disposition and very calm temperament! He is a 100% amateur and young rider safe. Super competition event horse and dressage prospect

Lady (Moelfryn beautiful lady) is a beautiful 1/4 Cleveland bay X 1/2 thorough bred x 1/4 Welsh. Lady is an exceptional competition horse who will turn her hoof to any discipline. I bought her two years ago two bring on and compete. She will hack out a alone or in company first or last and will also lead another horse. She's good in traffic. She's never strong or fizzy out hacking but on the other hand will have a good gallop when you want. Successfully competed up to Novice and has scored %. She is now ready to move up to Elementary. Lady and I have show jumped up to 90cm clear but she could jump higher as she does have a scopey jump. Her first ODE (80cm) she came 6th out of 24 competitors. I often take lady cross country schooling and she loves it and jumps all the fences. Lady and I came Reserve Champion at 80cm Eventer Challenge Championship last year. I think she would make a perfect ladies hunter as she will never get fizzy and is very sensible. Although I've never hunted her she would be safe. She loads first time every time and travels wonderfully. She has lived out 24/7 but has also been stables both off which suits her. She does get sweat itch but this can be prevented with a rug. She can also be a bit strong on the ground but she would never pull out your hand. She's ridden in the mildest bit ALL the time. I think she would also excel in the show ring as I was invited to royal three counties to show her in the Cleveland bay classes. She does have a small 1p size scar at the bottom of her front leg believed to be done as a foal. Also she does have a small dish but this does not affect her in any way or her dressage marks. She's recently had her teeth and back done. Good with farrier and has all fours on but has very solid healthy hooves. Very good to clip. Can be a little ticklish at her back end but never nasty.
