We have owned this tent for a year and have now decided we need something slightly bigger for our family. However this tent is very spacious. It has the added bonus of the extra canopy which you can add onto the front of the tent. It comes with foot print and carpets for both the main tent and the added canopy too. So the whole bottom of the tent is under some sort of layer meaning no soggy grass under your feet. Being an airbeam it takes approximately 20 minutes from knocking in the first pegs to pulling out the final guy ropes and it's even quicker to take down. The pump supplied both inflates and deflates the air tubes as needed. There's plenty of storage pockets inside and 2 lots of storm straps which make the tent extra sturdy in windy weather. These tents can with stand the strongest of storms. There is no worry of tubes or poles breaking as the airbeam system is manufactured to work in the strongest of storms. No rips or tears, no leaks, immaculate canvas. Because it is so quick to put up we would be more than happy to show you the tent in all its glory if you wish to view. We used this tent at the weekend in Derbyshire and I have just finished giving it a good air out and hoover ready for its next outing. All in all an amazing tent. Icarus 500 Tent with Extras, used once.

Bought in May and used once in July . Fantastic tent, we loved it but age told us to get a motorhome! It has a footprint to be pitched on, so no wet bottom of the tent and it does have a carpet, although the silica gel sachet that was in the bag when we bought it, got wet and made mark on it - about 20 cms round. If washed or treated it would probably disappear. Whole lot cost £275 but happy to accept £125 ono. Also have a camp kitchen, used once, available for purchase and an old camping gaz stove - its old, but it works, its clean and it has a grill! £25 for the camp kitchen and stove. We pitched the tent when we got home with it last weekend and gave it a good air out and hoover ready for its next outing, so you will find it in good clean condition and was packed away dry. Being an 'Airbeam' it takes approximately 20 minutes from knocking in the first pegs to pulling out the final guy ropes and it's even quicker to take down. The pump supplied both inflates and deflates the air tubes as needed, and gives a pressure reading so that you do not over inflate the tubes. It is really easy to setup. There's plenty of storage pockets inside and 2 lots of storm straps which make the tent extra sturdy in windy weather. No rips or tears, and have checked for leaks whilst we had it erected and can happily say there were no leaks. Because it is so quick to put up we would be more than happy to show you the tent in all its glory if you wish to view, weather permitting. It's a great tent and a shame we got it wrong with the size. We have three children (two of which are teenagers) and need to go for an eight man to give us the space we need. We are currently looking for another larger airbeam. We've found Googling is a great way to find out more about these tents. SunnCamp Festiva 12 large family tent. This is a fantastic 3 bedroom large tent for 12 people. It hasn't been used for a few years but it still went up ok. This is a large tent! Easy to put up with colour-coded poles. Best to have 2 adults and can be done in 30 mins. It needs a pitch 7m x 7m. This doesn't seem to be a problem as long as you check with the campsite first. 3 Bedroom compartments have sewn in groundsheet and there is a separate one for the middle area. Complete with all the poles, pegs, bag etc. One of the fibreglass poles does have a small lateral split, which has been repaired. The pole still goes together ok and the tent went up ok. Only problem we found was some of the plastic/rubber toggles that attach the bedrooms had broken/perished. I simply used some plastic pegs to fix (pictures available if required).
