Ricky is by the leading sure Galileo (stud fee in excess of £) and was purchased as a yearling by no less than Sir Alex Fergusson of football manager fame. He raced him til earlier this year winning and placed on several occasions but never made group winning status so was dispersed to make way for new 2 year olds hence 1 previous owner. He is 100% sound, straight and viceless. Extremely loving, sensible, chilled and enjoying his new work in the school as can be seen on the video. He has superb eye catching movement and screams dressage material. He moves like a supple warm blood yet handles and has the temperament of a family cob. At around 16.1hh and only 5 this horse has a huge future ahead he is so trainable! He could event, we have jumped small fences proving very willing but needs further schooling. Hacks out alone or in company extremely safely in a snaffle in heavy traffic. Perfect to catch, shoe, box can't fault him in any way. Dressage or R & R classes would his dream job but capable to turn his good to anything. No novices not because he is not capable of carrying one but because we want him to aspire to better goals. 11yo TB Gelding - ROR Eligible, Potential Grassroots Eventer

Very sad and extremely reluctant sale… Jay A.K.A Keepsgettingbetter (IRE) is an 11 yo bay TB gelding who had raced only 4 times until . He is a good lad, a sweet and willing boy and very intelligent… Sold to me as a “ready-to-ride”, competition ready horse who knows his job and loves it too but it turned out Jay was given up on by his previous owner who left him out 24/7 for what I expect was many months with no work or real care as she had evented him until she’d had enough and bored, wanted a new mount to thrash. This only came to light after I’d got him home. Since, I have brought him on, retrained him from the ground up and he now doesn’t batter an eyelid at the farrier, vet or dentist and lunges (double lunge and long reins) to voice command like a true gent. He allows anyone to catch or turn him out and is quiet in his stable and in the field with no vices such as cribbing, weaving as many other Ex-Racehorses do. To ride, he is a nice, forward but often very fresh boy. He’s very sensitive and has a tendency to get way too excited and have a hoolie moment. If given an excuse, he will seize the opportunity. He is NOT a novice ride and can be a handful and therefore requires an experienced rider with a history of hot breeds and sharp and hot behaviour. This is typical Jay – not harmful with intent, a lovely sweet boy 99% of the time but over excitable for a hot minute – and in doing so, is very strong, can be a bit silly and lacking self-control. Jay is sensitive to the leg and very susceptible to seat aids and he LOVES to jump and has hunted, and competed in unaffiliated XC, SJ and dressage although not with me. He has a HUGE scopey jump and will jump anything you point him at. He has so much potential with the right person, unfortunately due to the lack of time, that’s not me and I couldn’t be any more gutted. I do not want to sell Jay and it is still a very hard decision but I have brought him on as far as I possibly can as I work very long hours and so cannot afford him the further training and schooling that he needs and deserves to progress his ridden work – during the week as I arrive to the yard late and will not ever ride when alone on the yard for safety reasons. Jay needs someone with the time, patience and experience to improve his ridden discipline and progress him from his outstanding ground and lunge work which unfortunately, I just cannot do. £ ONO - The right home is so much more important than price. I just want Jayboy to be enjoyed to his full potential with the right person. Vet checked, teeth and back done in early November , new shoes every 6 weeks without fail and not due vacs until August . 10 year old 17.1 mare by grange bouncer. Blaire is a loving kind beautiful character who's willing to work her socks off for you. I've hunted her with the Cheshire drag and blood hounds and she proved to be very ladylike and mannerly in the field, pops everything, ditches, rails and small hedges. I've SJ trained with her and she happily goes round a corse of 1m. She's very brave xc and is happy to lead young horses over anything even with them having tantrums at the side of her. Ridden in a snaffle at all times. Fantastic to shoe, clip, load and happy to be caught even if you've put her out 10 minutes before. Blaire loves to hack, wether it be alone or with company. She's happy to have any size lorry, tractor/trailer come pass her on narrow roads and is also fantastic through our busy village with cars coming at every angle. I did some low level dressage with her last summer receiving some lovely comments from the judges. Blaire does make a noise when been worked heavy therefore I'm only asking £ ovno for her. A 5* home is the most important thing for me as this horse deserves one.
