Fabulous semi-hollow, double f-hole version of the classic LP, ‘improved’ spec. in heritage cherry sunburst finished with hard-wearing gloss lacquer and trademark Les Paul hologram; made in USA. No expense spared, with all 18k gold-plated fittings: Johnny Smith-style floating ‘soapbar’ mini-humbucker neck and Gibson 492T bridge pickups; patented ‘zero fret’ adjustable nut, wider neck for easy fingering; Tune-o-matic bridge with adjustable titanium saddles, Grover ‘Keystone’ locking tuners; separate tone and volume pots, 3-way pickup switch; hardened electrical contacts. The two-piece body is carved from solid AAAA maple and chambered, with mahogany through-neckpost and rosewood fingerboard, pearl inlays and bindings. c/w gold-colored Gibson case (mfr drop-tested from 15 ft!). USA Gibson ES-335 - stunning top -

An excellent example of a Gibson ES335 with some striking figuring. Great condition for a 16 year old guitar and has been upgraded with the 50s wiring mod and new Bare Knuckle capacitors. This makes a huge difference to the usability of the volume and tone knobs, and the guitar sounds much more clear and defined than stock. Pickups are the stock Classic 50s. Original capacitors included in the original Gibson hard case (also in great condition). Mods were installed by Guitar Guitar in Epsom and I can supply the receipt for work done on request.
