Stunning Fender Squier By Fender Showmaster Black Super Strat Electric Guitar Perfect For Beginners

A very reluctant sale of a fantastic example of a Squier by Fender Showmaster guitar. Crafted in Indonesia this now discontinued and getting rarer and more collectible future classic is in fantastic condition for its approx age of 13 years. Differing from other Squier Strats commonly seen this was Squier's answer to the Ibanez/Jackson/ESP etc Super Strats. Instead of the usual syncronised tremolo you get a Floyd Rose style "whammy bar" with a locking nut to hold the strings in tune. Differing from the more usual 3 single coil pickup configuration the Showmaster features a humbucker at the bridge for extra grunt. A lovely tonal range all changeable with the 5 way switch, 1 volume and 1 tone control. A very nice and my favorite feature the Reverse Headstock completes the Hendrix/rock/metal/shred look. The body is believed to be Alder and is black with a tasteful metallic sparkle throughout. Overall the body is in amazing conditon for its age. The bolt on Maple neck measures a comfortable 43mm at the nut. It features a Rosewood fretboard with 24 frets. Built to be played fast the guitar is fitted with new D'Addario XL . Also included is an Allen wrench for the Floyd Rose style system. There are many positive reviews about this guitar online and it will be a superb guitar for beginner's and beyond. FENDER STRATOCASTER SUNBURST MEX EXCELLENT CONDITION For sale is this gorgeous Fender Stratocaster in Antique White. Made in Mexico in - a great guitar considering its age. One of the nicely made of the Nineties Fender Strat's. Opinions say that Strat's of this decade are superior to those made in the next century. Argueably... Features Bodywork is really nice condition with few small marks that you would expect from a guitar of this age - there are some minor paint repairs on the bottom edge which have been polished out. It would also appear that the guitar stood on a stand for sometime and there are some pressure points on the guitar paintwork that you can ony see under certain light. Don't let that ut you off because this is a great looking guitar as you can see by the pictures. The guitar is setup nicely with a great low action making it very fluid to play with rich tones and sounds with its five way pickup switch. The Maple neck and fretboard are in great condition with some fret wear but still plenty left before a fret dress. All electrics are in full working order and it sounds great! The guitar has been thoroughly cleaned and polished. The strings are new EB Super Slinky's 009's - the action and feel is great. The neck pickup has been replaced with a genuine American Standard and sounds superb Complete with tremelo arm that always seems to be missing from most Strats you see secondhand. Fender Tex Mex 60's Stratocaster neck

 Fender Stratocaster Slab board 60's Mexican neck   Here we have a really nice Stratocaster neck, made in the Encinadas factory in . This is a small headstock 60's style neck with a slab rosewood board and the truss rod at the heel end. Fender opened its Mexican plant in July In the first few years, production was supervised by the Americans. Apparently many of the necks and other parts were actually made in the USA because for some time the machinery was not available over the border. Its an authentic 'reissue' - see how the truss rod is positioned slightly into the rosewood, exactly like my Stratocaster. No skunk stripe. The tuning machines are Gotoh, there are no extra holes from other tuners.   There is a little fretwear on the first few frets, but still plenty use left in them. The rosewood board is rich and dark, the 'clay' dots also look good. A fantastic neck for a project or to upgrade your Squier!
