For my best knowledge, the wood is solid oak. Most value of the table is it has a beautiful carved leg (picture 2, 3). You can image how many hours to carve this leg. The defect of the table is the table top (picture 5, 6) has some marks but it complete doesn't affect any thing. The table physical condition is very good, no wobbly problem. In fact, this small scuff is good evidence this table is white oak which is the most expensive oak in the oak family. The table is a genuine Old Charm table (picture 9). The table original price is over £ table, so please don't use brand new concept to buy this table. Round Old Charm table is rare in the market, so the price is also high. The table top could be separated from the leg base for transport but the better is your van can directly enter the table. Again, please make sure the table size is suitable for you before you buy.
