Connemara x 11 year old gelding.

Harley is a great pony from the ground and fabulous around children, young and old, allowing even the youngest to handle him. He will stand all day to be groomed and petted. He has never put a foot wrong on the lead rein but when off of this he has at times a habit of napping unpredictably when ridden out hacking or in the school. For this reason he is unsuitable for young riders off of the lead rein or inexperienced older riders. He has a superb jump, never refusing but can nap at times, especially when competing. St. Clerans Cracker 14h 6 year old fully registered Connemarra gelding by Kilmore Diamond. Cracker is a quality pony who never ceases to amaze me, he always tries his heart heart out and is the happiest sole to be around. Cracker is a straight forward ride and is schooling very well on the flat, he has lovely paces and is working in a soft outline always enjoying his work. He has been to various venues for lessons, schooling and jumping including riding club clinics, dressage, show jumping and arena eventing. Cracker was placed 2nd in his first dressage test and has clears showjumping and arena eventing at cm. He is currently jumping small courses and grids and is growing in confidence more and more, has jumped 90cm at home with plenty of scope also cross country schooling schooling over all sorts including ditches and water. Cracker is jumping all kinds of fences and has never stopped, including fillers, water trays, skinny's, bounces, corners, brushes, barrels, tyres, ditches etc. He is always ridden in a snaffle and isn't ever silly or strong in open spaces. Cracker is hacking out well with others in the open and through the village passing farm machinery, he canters out sensibly even if the horse in front plays up and shoots off, he sensibly stays back without a bother. Cracker travels very well on his own and in company (baby sitting other horses) and stands like a rock at busy competitions. He is very well mannered and quiet to handle, brilliant to clip, bath, load, catch, lead with others and is also good with the farrier, dentist, back lady etc. I would love for Cracker to go to a home where a small quiet competent rider can do a bit of everything with him, if I was to be keeping him we would be doing BS, BE, lots more riding club and dressage this year. He is fit and ready to compete and have fun! Cracker has had various riders on him but I would still not allow him to have a novice or nervous home at this point in his education as he has so much potential. Beautiful Happy Hacker. I'm offering this handsome boy for sale to happy hacking home only. Sadly he is not 100% sound on a circle and despite extensive investigations with a Newmarket Vet practice we have been unable to establish the cause and hence cure. He enjoys hacking and shows no sign of pain in this environment having completed the Burghley long distance ride recently with no ill effects afterwards. He has hunted once with the Easton Harriers and was impeccably behaved despite it being his first time out. He is a lovely hack and my 13 year old daughter hacks him out alone and in company. He is not a ploddy kick a long type he has a nice active walk and is responsive off the aids. He has loads of personality and loves people and life. Good to catch, farrier, clip, loads and travels in lorry or trailer. Safe enough to use as lead rein. We are in a rural area so don't see much traffic, he can be genuinely shy with large lorries and tractors but never difficult at worst will move up on pavement or have a little wobble has never spun, bolted, reared etc but for this reason would not class him as fit for nervous or complete novice. He is only being used as a companion, so is being wasted and he is too much for my old horses. He loves being groomed, loves attention, very good to be handled, feet etc. You do something with him twice and then he just seems to accept it. He has been lunged, but just have not had the time for him. He is wormed, feet done once a month and up to date with tetanus injections. He lives in or out, very good in a stable. Good doer. Stunning 15hh WPBR 4 year old gelding

Backed and turned away. Please read below!!! Absolutely stunning liver chestnut Gelding. I purchased Herbie earlier in the year to back bring on and produced this summer. Regrettably I have had a fall of a different horse and have now broken my arm. I was hoping to carry on with him when I am healed but I am now struggling to afford the upkeep and so sadly have decided to find him a new home sooner. He is an absolute joy to work with. He has been ridden in the arena and in the dressage boards in walk and trot and has also been hacked out in walk and trot. He has walked over Poles and all sorts of scary tarpaulins! He is great to catch and has been shod in front. Good to handle bath groom etc. He has lovely paces and would make a lovely all-rounder or pony club sort. No issues or vices or injuries. For sale: Disco, 14.3hh approx, piebald, cob Cross gelding. 8 years old. Disco is good to handle in all ways, good to catch, bath & clip. He's good to stable and has no vices. Up to date with his back, teeth, feet and jabs. He respects electric fencing. Good to turn out with a mixed herd or on his own. Disco is good to hack out on his own and is lovely and forward but we haven't tried him with company yet. He is good with all traffic including tractors. Disco works nicely in the sandschool and has lovely forward paces and works in a soft out line. Jumps lovely doesn't try and stop, run out or pull into the fence. He has done sj comps with his last owner. He jumps coloured or rustic fences & logs to. Discos only flaw is that he can be a bit nappy sometimes. When he is being nappy he stops and pops in a small Buck. So for this reason no novices or under 16s please. He would make a fantastic hunter or jumper as he is fantastic. Lack of time forces sale. Disco can come with his fitted thorowgood saddle (which was bought new in December) at extra cost. No loans or lwvtb. Happy to have people come out more then once.
