Freddie has amazing manners on the ground and loves to give you his full attention. Good to shoe, load, bathed, turn out, tack up and can be groomed for hours! Freddie is a joy to hack out he can go alone or in company when in company he does prefer to behind. You can take him over or underneath motorways, if other horses bolt he will not follow. He is a safe hacker will look at some things but someone confident will keep him moving! Freddie has a nice jump on him which needs improving but will only come with time and help with overall technique. 16hh 6 year old TB Gelding Horse for Sale(ROR Unraced)

Lovely project TB for sale, based in Arley/Cheshire. *Experienced Home wanted* 16hh, 6 years old, Bay, Gelding, registered with Weatherby's as 'McCool Runnings' otherwise known as 'Mac' at home. Sire: Cockney Rebel Dam: Dances with Angels. Fully up to date with Vacs, dentist, physio etc (nothing noted) and passed 2 stage vetting in Feb when I bought him which you are welcome to view. Loads and travels fine (once he finds his feet), and perfect with the farrier, he can be a little sensitive with his ears but not nasty, and I haven't clipped him but he was fully clipped when I bought him so assume no issues. He is fine to bath, goes in the hot wash/solarium and groom etc. Sadly for sale as I do not have enough time to do this boy justice and continue is education, he is not suitable for novices due to his age, breed and background. He trained to race but was too slow so never raced but is registered ROR, I bought Mac in Feb as a project to bring on whilst my other competition horse is out of action, unfortunately due to a change in work commitments I am no longer able to dedicate the time to him and I am struggling during the week. He is a lovely boy, but he needs stimulation and consistent repetitive work and therefore not suitable for just anyone - he can be spooky and can get upset in busy/loud environments but has already come on leaps and bounds with me as an amateur, with consistent works and lots of it he will excel massively. I have taken him to camp/clinics and out training around somerford/kelsall and he has behaved impeccably, drops/ditches/water all fine etc. Was professionally schooled for 7 weeks over summer with Andrew Downes, and works in a lovely soft outline but but is still a baby and it is not perfect but he is ridden in a Nathe rubber snaffle for everything and is not strong in the slightest and therefore requires someone willing to put more work into him - this is reflected in his price and I am of course open to sensible offers and happy to discuss him in full, as I cannot stress enough that I want the best for this boy - therefore home very much more important then price. He really is up for anything, he is excellent in the heaviest of traffic including lorries, double deckers, combine harvesters, skip lorries etc. He hacks alone perfectly either by himself or with company, he competes regularly and does well in Working Hunter Classes, Showing, Xcountry, Showjumping, Dressage, Hunter trials, Long Distant rides, ODE and has been attending PC for the last three years including rallies and 4 day camp and area dressage. Currently jumping any height up to 2'6" maximum. Happy to go through water. Happy to be first or last. He will stand tied up to a trailor all day or can be happily left inside a trailor at shows. He always does well at shows and in the ribbons. Happy to be ridden bareback. He is excellent to catch, trim, pulling mane, bath, lunge, load, clip, worm, farrier and is up to date with worming, teeth, vaccinations and back. He does not barge and is happy to be sprayed with flyspray etc. Lives in or out alone or in company with mares or geldings. Happy to be in a stable on straw or shavings. Happy to have dry or wet hay. He has front shoes on every 5-6 weeks to keep his toes short. Has not lost a shoe since we have owned him. Excellent with electric fencing. He does not particularly like his girth being done up but if you speak to him before you do it he is usually fine. Brilliant with sheep chickens dogs etc. He is looking for a confident lightweight adult / child / teenager to enjoy his fun loving, cheeky character. I have also ridden him but I am too heavy. I am 5'6" and easily suits my height as he is a hunter type. His breeding is unknown. He can be a novice ride on the lead rein as my Daughter started off on the lead rein with him but would not suit a total novice off the read rein as he can be a bit cheeky and put in the odd titchy little buck which is easy to sit and not nasty in anyway (he would not do this with an adult or teenager). He is very happy to adapt to the level of any rider. He has been part of our life for 3 years and the previous owner for 10years (we still keep in contact with them). Have loads of photos and videos. I am genuinely an honest person and keep in contact with our last pony that we sold three years ago and would like to do the same with whoever buys our lovely Brambles. He comes with a very good quality snaffle bridle, saddle, rugs etc. He has slight arthritis in his near fore foot but does not normally need any treatment and this does not affect him. He would also be perfect for a mother / daughter share or an adult who wants to have fun hacking and having a go at anything as he can carry up to stone.
