MARLEY looking for a loaner for my 4 year old black traditional cob gelding. Marley is about 14.1hh and still has a bit of growth so should make 14.3hh. Marley is brilliant in the stable and out tied up whilst grooming. He picks all 4's up with no issues. He is such a loving pony and loved lots of fuss and pampering! He is brilliant on the ground when leading on the yard and off the yard when going on walks. Marley isn't your typical ploddy cob, he is forward but always listens! He is never strong and he has excellent breaks. He is a genuine pony who is eager to please and loves his job. He is willing and will always take good care of his rider, never dangerous. He hasn't ever bolted, reared or bronked etc... with me, he is a very sane pony. He has a lovely extended trot and smooth balanced canter. Marley's most favourite things are pole work and hacking out! He is very good out in traffic, although he needs a confident rider as he feeds of confidence. He is not dangerous in anyway he hasn't got a nasty bone in his body I just don't want him having a nervous rider on him picking up bad habits. Sadly I’m having to sell my gorgeous fully registered ride & drive 16.2 Friesian gelding, Kal is 12 yrs old & a perfect gentleman, I was sold him as a ride & drive but since having him he has proved to be predominantly driven. He has amazing ground manners & is good in traffic but he needs bringing on in his riding education. Since he has been trained to mainly drive in Holland he isn’t aware of how to stand patiently at the mounting block, he doesn’t know how to school as obviously never been taught but with experience & time he would be amazing. This really is a sad sale as I though he might be the one but I don’t have the experience or time to further his riding career. Perfect horse in the right hands.
