STRIKING SHOW COB / CHILDRENS PONY in Nottingham

Wilkismoor Fancy Free aka Freddie- 6year old 13.1hh-13.2hh (will measure tomorrow) Cob X Welsh. Apart from his fantastic striking good looks he also has a temprament to die for! For the short time he has been with us he's been pulled, pushed, dragged and ragged. Children from 6-12 have looked after him doing all duties I.e grooming, picking feet out, tacking up, skipping him out, hacking and leading to and from the paddock. He is an easy forward ride with brakes. He isn't strong or silly and rides in an outline, he pops a course of jumps, we have only jumped him up to 2ft because of the girls confidence that ride him. Novice children ride him and hack him out along main roads etc. Good in traffic and open fields, pops little ditches and mini hedges etc. He's done local level riding activities and XC schooling in the past. He's a friendly little man that never puts a foot wrong and just likes to please. He didn't have the best start to life so need a sympathetic owner who rewards him for his nice nature. Obviously he's still young so may have an odd spook. Please no time wasters! Viewings welcome / friends / family etc. We are a family yard that has lots going on and lots of little people which he doesn't care about what so ever, he will stand without a hay net all day waiting if he has to! He's a very good dooer, friendly with other horses, doesn't kick or bit. No vices, currently bare foot, will be re clipped this week, straight mover (no dishing) and clean legs. He takes him self into trailer/lorry, doesn't sweat up traveling. Would be a perfect all rounder/ P.C pony / 2nd pony or show cob. Comes with bridle and some rugs. Has been taken x country and proved very brave. Been to local shows and has been consistently in the ribbons in showing, working hunter, in hand and jumping. Stunning chestnut mare REG Welsh pb, really good manners in the stable and in hand on the ground.Snaffle mouthed clean legs. Anyone's ride, She has a lovely rounded jump over fence and is very straight forward with lovely friendly temperament. Has done unaffiliated sj,hunter trials, XC and is fit and hunting this season with Quorn, South Notts and readyfield bloodhounds. Jumps anything in front of her, never says no. Works in big open fields without getting strong or silly. Cleans up at all the shows doing WH, In hand, and ridden. Three lovely straight forward balanced flowing paces. Easy to shoe, box, clip extra. Hacks out lovely not nappy or joggy with and with out company. I regularly ride her tackles in all 3 disciplines including jumping up to 1.10m. Rides down a big A 60 road with lorries, busses and heavily traffic extra and is excellent. Shes an amazing allrounder for someone to take them a long way. Definitely a hard sort to come by, only for sale as I'm moving to Australia next year.

Striking Allrounder / P.C Mare For Sale in Nottingham

Super fun rising 7 year old Chestnut mare offered for sale. Full up 14.2hh/15hh with shoes on. Green Welsh W.P.B.R. I've made the very difficult decision to sell my best friend Pip due to impending work commitments and bigger horse meaning I can no longer give Pip the time and love she deserves. Pip has done XC / SJ clinics, SJ, hunted with South Notts & Quorn and is brilliant to travel in a Lorry/ trailer, on her own and with company with no issues. She will pull up in a group gallop or go for a good race if you ask. Goes first or last. She is 100% to shoe, catch, clip etc. Happily hacks alone and in company.
